Our family had an in person tour and we really enjoyed our experience, it is a nice community but the rooms were just to small.

Well, unfortunately our experience with this facility have not been good. The facility is old, and in desperate need of updates. Several chairs in their common area are broken, the carpet is worn and stained . They are under new management , staff that do not seem to care about the residents well-being, not following care plans, under staffed to met the needs of the residents. I would rate this facility a 2 star at best.

Nice facility!

My loved one's stay at Artisan is going great! The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly. My loved one's needs are catered to, and they can participate in many activities. I also found that this facility is the perfect size for my loved one. Overall, I am satisfied with this facility!

Most of the staff were great. Even tho it's a small home, the staff have a lot of duty, besides taking care of their residents, such as cleaning rooms, prepping meals & activities. There had been times that there were only 1 staff member on the night shift, which was concerning to some family members. I've also seen staff making food with bare hands with out washing, & after collecting dirty plates, handing out cookies. The kitchen needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. When I walked into the community everybody said Hi. They were very friendly and went through everything with me, cost and the like stuff. The one person that was in charge there was really into being a caretaker, almost like her second home. The rooms were very small. Not able to rate value, care services, or activities.

Bad review!!

This place is really something else. The only thing that is nice is it feels like home instead of feeling like you are in a institutional place or hotel setting. I saw staff members do very unsanitary things here. Like pulling the kitchen garbage and then serving meals afterward without out hand washing or at least putting gloves on. Also something that raised my concern was the approach of a gentlemen employee. He was very loud and came off very rude and pushy. Cell phones were out most of that day seemed like eve…
