CriticalHeartsong Assisted Living was very small. It was like a tiny little dorm room with a bathroom down the hall. The staff that I met during the tour were very nice and very friendly. They had kind of a dining area because it was a different type of facility. It was more like a little family there.

CriticalI have gone there to visit twice & both time owner was very short with residents & very rude to the employees. I bet they have a hard time keeping staff..I wanted to take my friend out of there..

PositiveThe staff is awesome. I think they are taking a good job taking care of her, she is always clean. They are very attentive to her. They always stop to visit with us, and her, when we are in the common area. It's small so they are able to accommodate for what she wants to do. She seems pretty happy with the food. I have not seen them have the same thing twice, they always have an alternative options.
