PositiveIt's a very nice facility, my mother's room is very nice and good size for her. The place is kept very clean, we have an issue with mail box's being delivered to my mother's door, I have put on the instructions for the box's to be delivered to room [removed] door, it's only happened a few times, the staff will not take box's to her door so we have to wait for family to arrive snd deliver the box's, box's are delivered every two to three week, I'm sure we can work out a solution to this. The meals are great, no issu…

PositiveThe staff at Desert Rose was very cordial and professional. It's a very clean environment. I liked the facility. I felt very comfortable there. The apartments are very nice. They have one-bedroom apartments and studios. They had a common laundry facility. They have all sorts of activities. They have a salon, a recreation room with a pool table, a small chapel, and a memorial wall for Veterans. The grounds were very well- kept and had lots of grass, trees, flowers, and shrubbery to hide the community outside of…

I checked their dining area, and their food looks really good. Everybody was very friendly, and they seemed very helpful. They tol…

PositiveWe had an appointment, and were met by two lovely people for the tour. They were knowledgeable about activities, pricing, availability. I was there with my siblings, looking for a place for our eldest sister.

PositiveI visited Desert Rose, and it was satisfactory. The people during the tour were very nice. The food was satisfactory. They were renovating, so they had a lot of construction going on. The room was big and up-to-date. One of the rooms that I looked at did have a patio outside. I could go outside and sit on the balcony. The common areas were fine.
