[name removed] interaction with residences and their smiles when she did was nice to see. The facility showed well overall - lobby to dining room to apts.

[name removed] the activities director was lovely but not as well versed about the place as [name removed]. However [name removed] was out of town when we visited. Which I knew when I booked the tour. The facility feels old and didn’t feel like it had the ability to fully keep an eye on my dad the way others did. Also it really was just too far from my local family who would need to stop in often.

Not as impressed as I was when we were taking the tour. Med management is POOR! Cleaning is fair at best. Apartment size is nice, but the rooms are too dark.

[name removed] was very nice & accommodated my schedule for a tour. Unfortunately the electricity as off when I was there, but she was still willing to meet with me & provide pricing & amenities information. I’m not sure if the location will work for us, but the community is very nice

A middle of the road experience.

It's an average facility. They are attentive for the most part but there were periods where they were summoned and did not show up. The food is advertised as top quality however was not of good quality and was not plentiful. The rooms remind me of older Holiday Inn Expresses but are adequate. [Name Removed} had a lot of issues with her meds and caused great frustrations. All in all I would seek out other options.

I was made to feel seen and heard about the difficulty of having to move my mother. I was impressed with the feeling of family, and[Name Removed] is wonderful !
