She was in memory care for 7 months before she passed. The care for the the most part was adequate, but there were constant problems with the laundry and paper supplies for the room. Most of the staff was caring and qualified and others not so much. I had to consult the MC director and medical director on a regular basis. The food was excellent but there was a lot of waste because the feed way too big of portions. The rooms are nice and plenty spacious. The activities are well done and suited for MC. The rooms are …

The communication from staff, especially upper echelon could be improved. The food is very good and generally nutritious. Activities are geared very well to the population. We had some issues with housekeeping and laundry. Those things did seem inconsistent and needed some occasional prodding.
