CriticalStay away
It wasn't a good experience at all! Other people who are there now aren't happy with the assisted living part of it. Do not recommend at all! My mom wasn't even there 2 weeks. All they offered was the level of care back and to pay for the move. Horrible.

Criticalgreat on the surface but actual experience was terrible
We had continuous problems there. They wouldn't even give my mom the actual pricing for the unit. It kept changing throughout the short time she was there. In addition, they do not have a rehab program that actually does anything or can assist with anything. They took weeks to get her on the doctor schedule when it was promised the first few days. I called the head of the place myself to try and clear up things and even though I spoke with her I didn't get any follow up or clarification on my questions. Let me be…

My wife gives the facility a 5. Staff was great, it was clean, and it served our temporary purpose. She did give the food 4 to 4.5. She did mention that the integration of assisted living and memory care was a bit depressing. The integration occurred in the dining room and the courtyard. We would recommend them to others.
