PositiveI'm glad we made the decision to go to Mountain View. I feel like the admin and especially the med techs and CNAs were very caring toward my mom. They always were there for me too if I ever had questions or concerns. I feel that any concerns were addressed right away. Yes, we would recommend Desert View Senior Living to other families.

PositiveFirst of all my husband just moved there in February and he is still there. All the staff are nice and responsive to my concerns and anytime I request that they do something for my husband they are right on it. They check in him regularly and make sure his needs are met and that he is comfortable. There was only one time that I had to tell them my husband needed attention but as soon as I told them they responded right away. Everyone is always pleasant. The staff has exceeded my expectations.

PositiveThe atmosphere- very homey: the staff are friendly and helpful and responsive. Residents are very friendly too. Pricing reasonable. Loved The Oakmont but it was at least [price removed] a month more expensive & laundry was extra. Mom seems to be happy at Desert View & has friends
