PositivePerfect fit
5 for everything. My parents really like the facility. The staff have been wonderful. With the exception of a few dishes, food has been good as well. The main reason we chose Discovery Village at West Chase was the location, size of the unit and my parents could each have their own bedroom and bathroom.

Staff is friendly. Most struggle with English. Food was much better but they have a new chef and the quality has gone down. They just hired a new Director for memory care so hopefully there will be more activities and outings planned for them. The cost is expensive but the facility seems very safe.

Staff is very caring and I believe they are very low turnover because they are actually employed by the facility. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is in the market for looking. I liked that it was a smaller facility so I thought it would be easier for my mom to navigate. The people were very friendly. It was a newer facility and also close to my home.

PositiveI recently moved my father and mother-in-law to Discovery Village and I am so glad that we did. The staff is incredibly patient and helpful, the building is very clean, and their Covid protocols are still pretty active. My dad has dementia along with mobility issues, so it was important for us to find a facility that could meet all of their needs. On top of all this, the food was delicious! After three months here we are not disappointed at all and highly recommend Discovery Village.
