PositiveWe were very impressed with the facility and its staff. The facility is very clean and well kept, the rooms are very nice sized and priced, ans there is an abundance of activities for the residents to do here. My Mother passed while she was there. The nursing staff had a nurse that I was pleased with but other than that I would give Dover Place a very low 1. All they seemed to care about was $$.Her monthly bills were increasing and after a fall and broken hip she was out for a month which was because they would not allow in room therapy after her hip replacement. After complaining about having to pay over [Amount Removed] for the 28 days she was in rehab they refunded about [Amount Removed]. I under stand they fired the …

Dover Place is a beautiful community. I just felt that I'm not ready for that much assistance just yet. Deanna was very helpful and very friendly, took her time, answered all my questions, and did a very professional job of giving me the tour. It was very, very clean, bright, and well kept up. Everything was in order. It was just a tiptop facility. I was offered, but I did not try the food.
