PositiveThe staff was very welcoming and the building and grounds were clean and well kept. I appreciated meeting key staff and administrators during my visit and all my questions were answered clearly. State Street has followed up with me and has offered any assistance I may need to help find the right place for my loved one.

CriticalVery nice assisted living. Would rate 5 stars Memory care would rate a 1-2 at best. Smelled, was not the same quality as AL and the eating/rec area was a small room at the end of the hallway. Day and night difference between the two areas.

My overall experience has been 5 stars. The facility has a very friendly and welcoming vibe. The food is delicious and my father is thriving having the opportunity to partake in exercise classes, game events, and physical therapy sessions. His apartment allows him to live independently and safely. It is the perfect size for his needs. We are so happy that he is doing so well and are very appreciative of all the State Street Assisted Living staff does to make each day fun.

I have a family member residing at State Street Assisted Living. My family is very pleased with services, and most importantly happy. One concern would be the fees for residing there. The residents are charged too much. Another concern would be staff diversity in terms of direct staff care.
