My family's experience has been deeply disappointing. We've experienced constant staff turnover, aide issues, inaccurate menus/activity calendars, unavailable meals & basic food items, unidentified food, missing laundry, maintenance & structural problems, sanitation concerns, solicitation by third parties, and situations raising serious concerns about resident safety, privacy, and supervision. The services & terms outlined in the Resident Agreement too often fail to be upheld. Problems that should be handled by man…

Staff is nice . Some communication mishaps . The first week dad was there he was forgot about didn't know he was there . His laundry took some time to get straight , he still gets other peoples clothes so I can only imagine some of his is missing . Overall we're both happy . The food not so great . Everyone is kind and friendly , very clean and homey comfortable . Transition is rough but it's getting better . Happy I chose Harmony.
