PositiveThe Brooks was a pleasant place to visit and it looks like people enjoy working there and living there. I talked to a resident who has a service dog. My guide was very pleasant and informative. I saw two apartments that seemed very nice. Prices are in line with other residences.

PositiveEcumen Brooks was a beautiful place. Their accommodations were beautiful. The staff was very helpful. They had a cat, which I love the idea of. He was a big furry cat, and he just visits wherever he wants to. If people want him to come in, they leave their door open. The girl who showed us around was just as sweet as could be. I really liked the place. We visited the whole place, and it's a big place. It's got to be a block long. The people who lived there and the people who showed me around were very ple…

PositiveVery good tour! She explained everything that they have. Looks like a very comfortable place to live. I explained that I already have a place reserved for my son but he has not had an accessment as of today. So it all depends on how that goes.
★★★★★
PositiveFood good, cleanliness, friendly staff, flexible. One item: encouragement to meet others and activities.

PositiveI liked pretty much everything about Ecumen Brooks other than it's a big place, so the walking would have been tough for my mom. The staff was pleasant and she gave us a good tour. They had a nice courtyard and a beauty salon. The place was very nice and very pleasant. It was located not too far from a hospital, and there were restaurants in the area, too.
