They just don't seem to really care...

Take it with a grain of salt when someone from their sales staff tells you transporting your loved one to medical appointments will not be an issue. When I was trying to find a facility for my parents, I was really given a rosy picture when I expressed my concerns about my mother getting to her to her various specialists. Granted, they are at Mercy Hospital, which is a considerable distance. Initially, it wasn't a problem. After about three or four years of it, there was suddenly a problem. I complained enough to s…
