The Experience Is Going Good

My mom is liking her environment in this community. She is able to participate in activities, when she is ready. She eats very well and has no issues. The community is clean, they stay on top of maintaining everything. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the communication is good.

They have done extremely well

They have done extremely well helping to get my sister in there and helping her to get oriented. There are a couple of things where they could improve. For one, there are a couple of family members which I had it in writing would not be allowed to visit her until after she had been there for 90 days (for reasons I'll not get into) and they ended up letting them come visit after she was there for a couple of days.
