I wasn't in Florida when my sister was in elevated Estates. My only complaint would be that when I would call there wasn't a way to connect to where she was to talk to someone that was caring for her so it would be a while that maybe somebody would call back. But they were all very kind and helpful and it was a terrible time, but they made it better. My sister was only there three weeks before she passed.

My mother took a bad fall in the hall and was returned to her room without a good check on her , after 4 days hospice brought in a x - ray machine and found out she fractured her hip and shoulder ( imagine the pain she was in ) . Several times I requested an incident report ( never got it) and never got a call from the ALF management . Finally after several calls and messages an assistant mng. called . Very frustrating

The facility is a good place for independent seniors who need little supervision. My parents' medicine was always given on time as directed but as their needs became more the lack of adequate staff was a real concern. Wellness checks, showers, changings, etc were irregular and not frequent enough. The facility is clean and the staff and residents are generally pleasant. The rooms are a good size, especially for the price.

The administrative staff are great. The facilty is so clean.. I can't believe it but all the floors are moped every day. The maid on my floor does an excellent job of keeping my room clean and. Does excellent job doing my laundry. Tenants are friendly. Great. Place to. Live.

During that time, I had many conversations with the staff, and every interaction was kind, supportive, and helpful. Because of that, I feel confident giving a five-star rating. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in such a caring and compassionate environment at the end of her life.
