The staff are very tentative to those living there, I know there family and even friends that visit by name. Take the time to address any concerns. Food is delicious, cleanliness is a 5. Staff ratio seems pretty appropriate.

My husband is placed in Emerson House, and it's very nice. You walk into a nice living room-type setting and the care so far has been excellent. The staff has been awesome, they're wonderful. They have exercises of all kinds, arts and crafts, this morning they were having a coffee time with magazines. They have a time when they listen to the news. The dining area is great, they watch what the people need and they feed them according to what they need, like if they're diabetic. The dining room is clea…
