PositiveThe staff at Eternal Spring was very caring toward my husband for the 5 months he was there before his passing. I was impressed that the place didn’t smell bad like many memory care facilities. I would recommend.

PositiveThe facility is very clean and doesn't smell. The staff is very friendly and patient with the residents. The food is good and I would highly recommend the facility.

PositiveTheir business staff were either understaffed or not well trained because we had several mistakes with billing or even just getting basic information from them. Otherwise, I was happy with the services they provided.
