I feel the facility and staff are a good thing from what I've heard of other places. The room size is great. It has a has a normal size refrigerator. The bathroom is big and spacious. It's off of the bedroom. It's very light and bright.

Although there were a lot of internal management changes the staff were wonderful treating my mom in a kind and patient manner. I felt she was in good hands. My mom was not an easy person to deal with but they never complained and kept a good attitude.

My brother has been in Everest Oceanside Memory Care for more than a year. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate the staff. They are very responsive, diligent, kind, respectful, and wonderful to my brother. He has been in a number of group homes and one independent living facility when it became apparent that memory care was the safest for him. I could not be happier with his care, honestly. I toured Everest at Oceanside. It's very nice. They're within my price range, and the rooms were a fairly decent size. The only thing is the atmosphere was very dark, and I don't know if it was the lighting. I did go a little bit later in the day. The girl who was in charge, it was her first time dealing with the marketing person, and she was very upfront about that. She had another lady working with her that guided her through it.
