Excellence Senior Living

The marketing personnel were very nice and convincing that my ex-husband would be a good fit there. He’s been there six months but unfortunately he has dementia and it’s staging up, but the facility is fine, as a Retired critical care RN I know what these places are like and it’s fine. They do the best they can.

Highly recommend

Very friendly staff and caring. I felt mom was well taken care of. Mom said food was great. The only downside mom never left the room because they would bring everything to her which is a plus for her, but I wanted mom to socialize. Hopefully next time she goes that will happen. Even though everything was clean. I felt the staff should have picked up trash more frequently. But aside from that I highly recommend it.

I would rate the initial experience a 4. The initial impression and tour and the hard sell. The facility itself is above average for assisted-living nursing home type facility. I would recommend Excellence Senior Living, especially for veterans

Everyone was helpful and kind to my mother and I. We were pressed for time because she was not eligible for more time at the rehab center. The folks accommodated our needs. Their flexibility made the difficult move easier.

Great choice for someone more independent

Good care but unable to give certain medicines. Would be great for someone that was more able to take care of themselves

Excellence caregivers

Most caregivers are friendly and willing to assist. I would recommend. My only piece that was stressful was admission process was disjointed. Might have been because it was happening over the holidays.
