Critical

I live here and have since its opening 4 1/2 years ago. When new, it was wonderful, but today it is showing signs of wear and tear of an older, ignored bldg. Management is great, but the owners (millionaires) evidently do not care anymore and keep raising the rates and giving less. We have the same people coming to mow, etc. but that is all they do now. After many complaints they finally pulled the 4 ft. weeds in the flower beds and laid some pine straw in the front. In the back it looks like a third world nation- …

We would recommend this community!!!

The staff at this community are nice and helpful. Fairfield Manor is clean and well taken care of. They do not offer a meal program at this independent living community. Mom does participate in some of the activities offered.
