The staff and quality are great. There is a lack of building/office service outside of 8-5. The apartment size is good. The community needs a regular grocery size and watch for walking college kids.

The people are very friendly and helpful. I was told the staff would help with moving furniture etc. however they charge you. I did not like that not being upfront. Housekeeping comes in once a month and there is no charge. They clean the bathrooms kitchen clean up and there is no charge. The grounds are very well kept.

We're very happy here. They are very accommodating and there are a lot of things to do. They take you shopping if you need to, although I have my own car, so I don't need to do that. I may have to ask them for a trip in the future, and they do that once a week.

CriticalCaring son whitewater
Local nursing homes who doesn't have your parents best interests in mind. I was told by administration staff "it's all about your Mother" DON'T be deceived, it's all about the money. Once Fairhaven takes all your parent's money; administer [name removed] will do all he can to kick your parents out. Ruthless, evasive, manipulating. VERY disappointed in his actions. Overall the staff is great. If you have a problem with Fairhaven I can help, know your right's.

Mom has adjusted extremely well moving here she absolutely loves it. She has already joined actives and social hours and has made lots of new friends. She has already gotten to know the staff by name and they are so friendly and helpful. Mom is still quite independent so she is taking full advantage of preparing and cooking her own meals in her full kitchen in the unit . The property does offer transportation but since mom is still able to drive she mostly drives herself places but once and while she will use the…
