Our father has been at Fairmont Senior Living for nearly three months, and we are so happy with our decision to choose this community for him. From the very beginning, the facility has exceeded our expectations on so many levels. The cleanliness of the community is truly impressive, and the décor is tasteful, warm, and inviting. CriticalGreat Staff but Disorganized Care
The staff are all lovely, but care is disconnected and inconsistent, and very different than how it's advertised on tours. They need stronger coordination at an administrative level. You have to be a full time advocate for your family member to ensure their care is happening the way it should, and residents that don't have a full time advocate I imagine are not getting consistent care at all.

I wish they would have all memory care participate every week with the entertainment they have come in not just who they pick and choose. No coffee machine in memory care refrigerators and kitchen are dirty. Never seem to be clean. Very nice staff, but not very equal for memory care .

My parent was admitted there from local hospital some weeks ago (no other connection with the facility). We've spent many days (and many meals/activities) there and feel blessed to have found this facility. Staff has been very caring, supportive, patient, and accommodating.
