Fairwinds - Ivey Ranch was clean. The decorations were all very nice. The people working there all seemed to be happy and smiling. They seemed to be focused on the mind, health, exercise, and having a real community. The person who did the tour was very personable, informative, and took the time to answer all my questions. The facility was also very well-appointed. They have a lot of activities, like different choices for exercise, involvement with other residents, excursions to baseball games, and to different act…

Good place to live for me. Wonderful staff and many activities. Food is generally ok. I have no significant complaints, except food service is very slow. Also a bit lax meeting my food allergy concerns.

Have been here for one month and am settling in. Staff have been very helpful in the process. Room is clean, bright and well set up. Having a full kitchen is a huge plus as well as fridge and microwave. Bathroom is adequate as well as plenty of storage space. All things considered this was an excellent choice for me.

I chose Fairwinds - Ivey Ranch. It's fantastic. I went up there and I visited and they invited me to lunch and I signed a check that day. I had a full tour, I had lunch, and I met the general manager, the activities director, and the medical director. The other thing I liked about this place is that if you need assisted living, they don't move you out of your apartment. They come to you. I have a one-bedroom. It's all been repainted and I have brand new carpeting and I have a mini kitchen. The commun…
