Fidelis Northshore I was wonderful. The two owners were very hands-on, knowledgeable, very friendly, and spent a lot of time with me (more than once), whenever they were available. I thought that the care was excellent. They really cared, and when my husband was there they would Facetime with me three times a day. It was very clean. My mom lived five years with me, just over 1.5 years in a medium-size memory care facility and then the last five months of her life in this lovely and loving home. They kept her protected and very well cared for until she reached her natural end of life, which we deeply appreciate, especially during this time. PositiveReally great sense of community here
Since our first conversation with the Fidelis team, I have been nothing put impressed and pleased with the team at Fidelis. The CNAs and the staff are very personable. They’ve gotten to know my dad’s personality, his likes and dislikes, and have found ways to make him feel comfortable and content in his surroundings. My dad was not doing well in a larger, more traditional facility. Fidelis was the perfect fit for him. He’s getting more focused care in a comfortable environment.
