CriticalI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My husband was evaluated and accepted by Freedom Oaks owner. He was accepted and moved into the facility . My sister, niece and I visited often during his stay. We were very please with his care and the staff was very friendly and attentive to Chuck. I was so surprised to get a call eight days later telling me I must move him out. No one mentioned it the day before in person. No mention in his review for placement. Very cold and impersonal. I was and am still shocked and hurt.

PositiveThe house is spotless, very clean and the view of the lake is breath taking. Loving and caring staff that make you feel like you are family. Meals are delicious and I'm sleeping better here than I was at home!
