The staff is 5++++ (they are absolutely amazing!). I would 100% recommend this community! The residents are happy, the staff seems very happy and engaged. And as i mentioned, they went above and beyond to help, though Irene never actually moved in. They did not have to do any of that, yet they did.

Had to speak with the executive director regarding lack of staffing and requests not being heeded. Not happy about having to do this. Staff that are there seem to be doing what they can. Food is well liked by our mother. Room seems generous for a studio.

Short staffed, my relative had slept in her clothes the first night, her breakfast tray was in her nightstand, untouched and cold. No one had gotten her up for breakfast, We hired a caregiver to come 2xweek to be sure my relative was bathed and taken outdoors for short walk. Not a good value for the money
