I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father was here for several years and when I first visited to see the facility I was amazed. The rooms were spacious and very clean, residents were seemingly happy and looked well taken cared of and were even outside on the deck enjoying a 4th of July cookout! I was very happy to know that the food was prepared fresh daily and was food my dad could eat! He was well taken cared of here and I would recommend this place to anyone for their loved ones care.

Our Dad was a resident at Margaret's Place in Ft Washington, MD for a number of years. The house and rooms were clean, nice size and a place you'd call home. The food was well balanced, scrumptious and Dad was really spoiled by the staff's home cooked meals. I really enjoyed the staff's friendly, warm, professional, sensitive and caring attitude toward our Dad, myself and our family.

I visited this facility

I went to George Assisted Living Facility. It was very nice. The lady was very friendly and very informative. The issue with that one, she said she had another bed available for a female patient, but the lady that was the other person in that room had an issue of yelling out and making noises and odd sounds, and that was not appropriate for my mother. Nevertheless, they were very nice, and the patients appeared to be comfortable. They were in the living room. They had a TV and puzzles that they were doing. I think …

I visited this facility

George Assisted Living Facility felt homey, and that's what I'm looking for my aunt. She would do better in a residential environment versus a facility. Because with time and attention given, it's less people and it's more individualized. I would say it was homey, it was very clean, and it was very comfortable. I felt comfortable, and my aunt did, too. She interacted with the proprietor that was there. I walked around the bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the outside, and it was all clean. Everything…

I visited this facility

I went to see George Assisted Living Facility's assisted living. It was okay and the staff was friendly. They were watching the news when I got there because it was in the evening. The staff said that they do activities but she didn't say too much about what they do. I meant to ask if they take them out for activities but with the Covid, of course, nobody knows much of anything. I should have asked about game boards, bingo, and that stuff but I didn't get the chance. It was okay though and they kept …
