The staff are so friendly, the food is amazing, and it’s always clean. My family lives close by and they visit often. Management is so friendly and check on me and my husband frequently. They’re very welcoming and understanding.

I felt the lady that did the tour of the facility fed me a pack of lies. I was told a 7 patient to one cna ratio..it turned to 12 to one or more especially on the weekends. we were told the call button would be answered in 5 minutes or less. more like 20 . food is improving..getting more fresh fruit. they do a good job of cleaning. had to get on them to not leave soiled chucks pads or diapers in her room because of smells. at [Amount Removed] a month I thought that would at least take soiled stuff with them. everyo…

We moved Mom into the facility in [date removed]. The facility, service, staff, and food were adequate. However, in January all aspects degraded and were much worse than initially. By, April we were starting to look for an alternative.

PositiveNice fit for mom
The faculty is beautiful inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat my mom with loving care. They have a very good security system to keep the residents safe. Everything is clean and tidy. My mom gets 3 meals a day. They also have snacks and specialty treats for the residents . They have activities throughout the day.and have a big TV that they clients all have an opportunity to watch. We were able to decorate my mom’s room and have a big bird feeder and decorations outside my mom’s big …

This is the best place I have ever lived. The staff are so friendly and I love playing bingo. They even give us prizes. Today’s bingo had a lot of people and staff played with us.
