CriticalMy husband's condition declined in the 2 months at this facility [dates removed]. He was not incontinent of bladder or bowel prior to being in their care. He once sat in feces for hours. Communication was poor. My requests were ignored, possibly due to a language barrier. I don't recommend this facility for dementia, in one instance a caregiver called a resident crazy. Unacceptable.

PositiveWhen we toured places for my mother-in-law, we knew as soon as we walked in the door. Homemade lunch was cooking and the residents were playing cards and interacting. This is a very comfortable place to visit for me, which was very important, I enjoy the other residents there, the home is very clean and feels like Home. PositiveI feel very fortunate to have found this group home for my father who struggles with Alzheimer's disease. He has been with Golden Touch One for five months now, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of personalized care that he receives. The home is not only very clean and well-maintained, but the environment feels like what it is - a home. The caregivers are particularly warm and friendly. We were so lucky that a space was available when we needed it!
