PositiveMy mom has been a resident of Good Samaritan Fort Collins Village for more than ten years. She had a beautiful apartment that she was able to enjoy up until one year ago. Unfortunately her health declined and then spent 2 months in Good Sam's rehabilitation wing. She was well cared for as was I. The staff is like a second family. When she was feeling better she then moved into Skilled Nursing right in the same building at Good Sam's. She is thriving and can participate in activities with her friends. Mom …

CriticalI have nothing good to say about good Samaritan in Fort Collins. I had double knee surgery December 31 came here a few days later for rehab Brad Thai and Grant have been pathetic. All three have got major attitude problems. They’re not professional people at all and should not be employed in this occupation. I had 40 staples removed the other day in each knee as soon as I got back to my room, they wanted me to do rehab and I was in so much pain. Usually, I let my pain meds kick in before I go down to the little gym…

CriticalI had double knee surgery [date removed] came to good Samaritan the following Monday as soon as I walked in the door, they was asking about discharge every day [names removed], and others always talk about discharge. I could not even lift my feet hardly up off the ground, I can only do it 3 inches now They act like I can get in and out of bed I can get out. I could never get my legs up and back into bed trying to tell them that goes in one ear and out the other [name removed] and [name removed] are the worst therap…

CriticalI had knee surgery double knee surgery five days ago and came to this rehab facility to get rehab on my knees. I cannot bend over to put a pair of socks on or even a pair of gym shorts. You cannot get it through the physical therapy, heads, the difficulty because I have never experienced anything like this matter fact they have not even hardly seen double knee surgery. The employees are very rude and considerate. Don’t know what they’re doing. I even have to call my surgeon to get correct medication and on a timely…

PositiveI liked the facilities at Good Samaritan Society-Fort Collins Village. It's nice and they had specific things for quality of life that were going to be good for my mom-in-law, like an indoor pool, community gardens, a chapel on site, lots of different activities, and a good meal plan. The floor plans, the whole thing was just really nice. There are nice walking paths, a full state-of-the-art exercise room, a little library, places where people can gather in groups, and a nice dining room. The staff seemed very…
