CriticalVery bad experience
The director refused to help or take responsibility when mistakes were made. Very little to no compassion was shown for our family member and there were many occasions when they were not taken care of. Much of the time that my parent spent at Grace Manor Hunter’s Creek in Plant City was stressful and heartbreaking, and administration did not care. They put on a good show to get you to sign, but sadly, it’s all a façade.

The director of this facility didn’t take responsibility or correct anything that went wrong. Furthermore, she was unkind and not honest when dealing with members of our family.. Unfortunately, the experience we had dealing with Grace Manor hunters Creek in Plant city was extremely stressful and my elderly parent was not taken care of . PositiveEven though [name removed] was not able to give me the tour due to being on vacation. The lady at the front desk gave me a thorough tour and was able to answer all of my questions. I really liked seeing the residents interacting with one another by playing games and having Bible study together.

5 across the board!!! My father-in-law is extremely happy and so are we! We really like All the social activities. My father-in-law was much of a loner for as long as I've known him. Now he has constantly active and looking forward to the next event.

I give each category a 5 star rating. Grace Manor is a Great place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My aunt who is 94 is happy with her apartment and all the activities that are provided. It is very clean! That is important to making the decision to moving her there.
