I can’t say enough good things about Grand Emerald Place! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive; they truly treat residents like family. The environment is warm, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of activities that keep everyone engaged and active. Residents really thrive here, and it gives family members peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality care, friendly faces, and compassion.

PositiveOur Experience
My loved one is a resident at Grand Emerald Place and things have been good overall. However, some of the nurses are not as friendly as others. It depends on day shift and night shift, both are ruder and some are just not friendly. Also, I personally would never eat the food there. It all looks the same and it's never a balance meal no veggies and they use a half of a banana as dessert or like 5 grapes. Weird. The activity director is great. It's too bad they don't have temp work or volunteers on weekends to help …

My client moved into Grand Emerald Place one week ago. The atmosphere of the place is very cheerful and welcoming. Everybody is so friendly. It seems like a very nice place to be. His room is really nice and spacious. The food is really good. We stayed for lunch one day and had dinner another time. Both times, the food was really good. The dining room has a fireplace and a wall of windows, so they can see out into the field and the forest. They play bingo, euchre, and trivia. They have field trips, where they go to…

Grand Emerald Place was the closest to where I live. It's very nice and very homey. The building is clean and very well laid out. They have a worship area, an activity room, a nice-sized cafeteria style dining area, a living room, and a little meeting room off to the side. I think Dad will enjoy it there. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly.

I appreciate how friendly everybody is. Most of the time the care is okay. Getting my loved one to keep the fall detector lanyard on her neck has been a challenge, but that's not on them. They have a back patio, and I think they're going to be having a garden. And the inside is pretty nice.
