I highly recommend Luminations at grand living at tamaya. I live in Maine and am the cousin and POA of one of their residents. I have piece of mind knowing the level of care she receives in Luminations. The director of that department is very attentive and has gone the extra mile to help me out. The director keeps me up to date with information about my cousin and sends me pictures. The activities are great. They are very communicative and handle any issues promptly. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained and the staff are super friendly.

I wish things were better. The community is lovely. The staff is very pleasant but there are gaps in providing adequate resident care on the Assisted Living product. I believe they need to add more caregivers on each shift to adequately answer resident pendant calls in a timely manner. Sometimes calls go unanswered for over an hour. The average is probably about thirty minutes which is still too long to wait for help. That’s discomforting and unsafe for the residents. The food is excellent, activities are okay. The…

Grand Living at Tamaya presents itself as a luxury assisted living community offering first-class care. Unfortunately, my on-site, daily experience tells a very different story. I visited this facility

My mom will move into Grand Living at Tamaya. It's warm. It's beautiful. They have every amenity. We knew it would be a place where my mom, at her age, would be able to feel comfortable and explore all kinds of social activities. They were fantastic. It was Tyler and Ashton. Living large at Tamaya!

Mom seems to be happy there. She's met some ladies which is a blessing. It's a very nice place. There is always room for improvement. The food is good, but mom complains. They don't cook the vegetables enough. They recently went up on their monthly fee and I'm sure it will price a lot of people out of This place. They keep the place very clean and organized.
