CriticalIt only took a week from the time we moved in until the staff broke our contract. There has been as few as 2 staff for 80+ residents multiple times and many without an RN. The staff apparently thinks that the "no parking fire lane" sign means staff can park there making it difficult to pick up or drop off elderly residents. The food is low grade high school cafeteria food. The room rarely gets picked up or cleaned. This is a very poorly run facility and I would give negative stars if I could!

PositiveI liked this place. It was not too small, but yet not too big. The facility was clean and orderly. The residents were out and about and they knew the person giving me the tour. Definitely considering this place as a home for my loved one.

The cafeteria looked wonderful as well. The price…

PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is that it is a very pretty community and most importantly is the staff is wonderful, very helpful, friendly, and keeps me relatively calm during my aunt's stressful move.
★★★★★

Some of the common areas like the cafe could use a little more attention but overall the physical space was uplifting. The residents themselves were very friendly and accepting of a new face. My mother-in-law, [name removed] was given a diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia shortly after arriving and went downhill rapidly. This is where the staff really began to shine. The nursing administrator, [name removed] has…
