Momma's suite is perfect for her. It's large enough for her to fed her queen size bed two nightstands dresser and a loveseat. The facility is extremely clean. The staff is absolutely amazing patient thoughtful and caring towards my mom. I actually walked to visit Mom two days ago, and before the staff that was allowing me to enter, noticed I was there I was watching her comfort my mom just loving on her. I would not recommend this place to anyone with a loved one who needs care. I had my brother at Grand Villa Living in Winston-Salem, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely upsetting. I feel that they did not properly work with or care for my brother, and I am now having the situation investigated because I believe he was not given his medications as he should have been. My brother almost died two weeks ago, and I believe neglect played a role. He ended up back in the hospital and was there for less than 24…

If you value and love them and want the best for them, please don’t put them here. If there is a positive review, it’s fake and so is the description of the place, for the most part. Horrible place . I visited today, party time among employees, staring at a blank tv ( what no Christmas movie ) Uncaring attitudes, poop smeared all over bathroom wall, a general unkemptness among the residents, they just didn’t want to do their job.

PositiveA perfect fit
I was so impressed with Grand Villa that we signed up to have our family member live there. They helped with the move. Everything was so easy. I can't thank "A place for Mom" enough!! We are so pleased with our decision. The staff are fantastic. We started out with a double room, but had to move to a memory care area.
