CriticalThe experience has been up and down. There has been multiple staff and management chances. Mostly bad. The newest one seems good. The food has been sub-par. Activities are ok but many suggestions for other things have been mentioned to management and nothing has happened. The place is always clean and sanitary. Apartment size is great.

PositiveI really like it and got a great apartment here. The dining is good and everything is kept neat and clean. The building is in good condition and has beautiful landscaping. There are many amenities offered as well as pool, poker, happy hour, a movie twice a week, Bingo etc. Very nice and thoughtful management.

I would probably rate the food situation a 2. When they get that cleaned up, this is an absolutely spectacular community.

PositiveFacility has been recently renovated. Staff seems to be in transition. Chef is new. Residents pitch in to keep everyone engaged and make their community very welcoming.

My dad specifically needs the equipment because his physical therapy just ended and now he doesn't have anything …

PositiveWe took a tour of the independent living community, Grasslands Estates Sky Active Living, and it was wonderful. It was just not what my father was looking for. He's looking for something a little different. Everything was good, though, and we are still in communication with them. We liked that the staff sat down with us at the beginning and thoroughly explained the facility, its amenities, and the different apartment options available in the community. They answered our questions when we had them. From there, …
