PositiveVery clean, no smells, staff takes care of bathroom issues quickly. Room sizes are adequate, nice and bright. Mom is in memory care unit. I wish they had more stimulation in way of simple activities and interaction. They offer podiatry and barber/beautician services out of pocket. They struggle to keep caregivers on staff. PositiveNice, clean facilities, kind caregivers. There is some breakdown in communication between shift to shift re patient care. This is only 6 weeks in for our mom. It's an adjustment period where communication is very important to get her settled in. I would recommend HGV.

PositiveValue for cost initially 5. After [name removed] passed, 2. Overall, it was a good experience. We found the Staff to be caring. My in laws were both there, together. And they both Fell. My father in law fell and broke a hip at 90. He never walked again and died a year later. My mother in law fell at 85, despite being wheelchair bound. She died within 24 hours. I can't help but wonder if something more could have been done to prevent falls. It's a very nice, homelike environment for people who really require memory …

PositiveWhen it comes to the meals, there could be more of a variety. However, everything else is great and we would recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
★★★★★
PositiveIt was a wonderful place and the staff were extremely helpful. The staff went out of their way to accommodate changes in my father's condition. Maintaining the residents' dignity was a primary focus for them. The facility was always clean and smelled nice. I really like the fact that the door to each resident's room opened up into a common area instead of opening up into a hall.
