Las cruces village just sold. Workers are all over the place. The 1bdr is roomy enough, however there is very little storage. I have not seen the 2bdr. Have not met the new administrator. When there is a need for repairs they seem to address it quickly. The staff has been very kind and helpful. For unassisted living, each apartment has a full kitchen, which we use. Must provide your own microwave If you choose to eat in the dining room you are charged for each meal and then the residents are given a bill mont…

The staff (administration) were very informative on all aspects of the facility. Nice well maintained place. However I think they charge a separate fee for transportation to Dr appointments. This is based on reports from other residents although I haven't verified it.
