PositiveStaff is friendly and available to help. Nice size one bedroom is good for my sister. Everything is paid for ( except Comcast and phone) so finances are simplified. I wish Solstice offered memory care and accepted Medicaid. Las cruces seems to only offer independent or assisted living or memory and nursing with Medicaid accepted.

PositiveI was pleasantly surprised by this facility, I had visited a resident several years ago and was not impressed. My lunch was good and the area was bright and inviting. The residents seemed happy overall and were dressed and clean . Our tour of the available rooms was informative and all questions answered by [Name Removed]. At the present time I have decided to stay in my home but will definitely put Solstice at the top of my list for my retirement home in Las Cruces..

PositiveStaff is super helpful and friendly. Food is good, but not great. Move in process could definitely be easier with more assistance from staff. Facility is clean and well maintained. I don't have a lot of negative comments but more time in facility will provide more feedback.

PositiveMy father-in-law was at the independent living community of Solstice Senior Living in Las Cruces. He was there for independent living with caregivers. They have two caregiving companies which are third-party providers within the facility. A lot of people who live there need caregiving, and it was available, which is nice. The food was good, the people were very friendly, and they had a lot of activities for the seniors who lived there. They only have one elevator though, so another elevator would be nice. They&apos…

PositiveThe independent living community of Solstice Senior Living at Las Cruces was actually a beautiful place. The people seem to be very happy with their location, the staff there, and the amenities. My concern at first was that there was not a lot of diversity in the people there, but when I mentioned that to the person who was taking me around, they said there are so many more residents at a different time or in a different building. The apartments were really beautiful, and the facility is immaculate and looks very c…

PositiveI found Solstice Senior Living at Las Cruces to be very clean. I found the staff to be very courteous. I found the environment to be positive, but I'm not mentally and physically ready for that type of care. I'm more independent than that at this point in my life. Perhaps five years from now, it will be more suitable for me. I found the environment to be bright as opposed to depressing. The apartment is adequate, except you can't do your own cooking, per se. I enjoy cooking, but it requires a certain…
