For the short time we were there things went well. Brookdale has a small and homey setting to it and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

staff is nice, helpfully and friendly rooms are clean and tidy food is good there is alot of fun activities

Highly recommend for amazing family experience and caring staff!

My MIL is paying more as she had her dog, family has since removed the dog, but the CNAs were the ones having to care for the dog and was making it difficult for the staff to care for others! [name removed] and the CNAs have been absolutely phenomenal! They have listened to our concerns regarding MILs requests and have been super helpful to us!

Small family atmosphere

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Mankato and everything was great for her at this facility. The staff was friendly. Communication with the family was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The care services, activities and meals were also great. I would recommend Brookdale Mankato to others.

Clean and great food!

I visited this facility

We toured. It was a much smaller facility and has fewer people. They took us around and we met all of the staff. The rooms were smaller and probably more suited to my friend's needs because he has some memory troubles and some sight troubles. They introduced me to the cook, and we saw the menu and it looked fine. It looked like it had a good daily selection.
