Mom's Nightmare

While this might be a great place for some people to receive rehab, this turned out to be a big mistake for my mother. They were unprepared to deal with her physical pain and limitations. Mom was given no pain meds before therapy, resulting in little progress. They were grossly understaffed. No one would come to the call button. My time with you

My bed sheets could have been changed, nurse and tech could have been a lot nicer, Dr could have been there to see me more. Not be treated like I was a bother and treated like a patient. Therapy was good they didn't teach me how walk up and down steps, I feel the day I can home and went back to the hospital.

Amazing Staff

The staff is amazing. The nurses, the aides, the assistants - everyone! When you push the call bell, someone comes right away. Very attentive and pleasant. Everyone always says hello to me, even the custodians. The therapists are very accurate, helpful, assuring, and helped me get through my therapy.

Wonderful Staff!

Our family couldn't ask for a better place for our Mom to be. The staff at Hamilton Grove has been wonderful !!!! I would recommend Hamilton Grove Healthcare and Rehabilitation to absolutely everyone!

My parents were placed here in September of 2020 and I am grateful for everything the nursing home has been doing to keep my parents content and safe. I feel obliged to express my gratitude for the care my mom received at Hamilton Grove. The staff is absolutely amazing, the SMART Unit, administration, Klocker unit, and most especially the reception desk who never missed an occasion to ask about her health. She was very comfortable and very happy here.
