Hamilton Place

The manager didn't expect me. She handed me right off to her assistant. The place is under renovation so I'll reserve judgment on facilities but it was clean, well situated but not within easy walking distance from shopping. No units were available to see.

Beware Hamilton Place Bellingham

When you sign lease for first time not told increase in rent yearly cannot afford on fixed income at end of lease turned notice to move and now saying I didn't so they could get more money guess keeping deposit not enough for them they want another months rent or will be turned in for collection .I guess will be homeless senior because will not be able to get another senior living apartment after they ruin my good credit. So please seniors steer clear of this place horrible on all levels
