As soon as I walked threw there doors, overall the greeter was nice at the front desk but already conveyed that there was limited staff. I left my luggage at the front lobby and was escorted to my room where it was such filth. The Nurse Supervisor for the night was extremely rude. There were ants all over the floor and the tables were sticky. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all with hair all over the toilet. I was so appalled. The staff was very rude. The experience has really varied. My loved one got here over the weekend and by Sunday I was ready to pull him out of here. The weekend care was not good and fell short. I could not get information from anyone and the staff that I attempted to speak with were not helpful at all.
