PositiveI love the facility, but we’re gonna be putting her closer to home at Palm Coast is just too far with all her doctors here and her volunteer job and so forth
★★★★★
CriticalWe have not had a good experience with HarborChase. They did not tend to [name removed]'s needs. Especially his medications. We have moved him to a private care situation as a trial. It seems that he needs more attention than traditional assisted living can provide.

PositiveBeautiful facility. The location was just outside of Palm Coast in a rural setting. Just minutes from the main hub. I liked the layout of the one bedroom as it had a bedroom door that separates the main living room from the bedroom. So many dining choices. Tons of activities to choose from. Boredom will not be in your vocabulary! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pricing was in line with other upscale facilities. I liked the meet and greet at the beginning to get an overview of what we we looking for. While a lot …

Positivemy father was in the memory care and we were just really appreciative of the cleanliness the shift change communication also enrollment was easy and clear and precise. sadly, my father ended up only being there for three weeks because his heart gave out on him, but I can't speak highly enough of the facility. The price was very, very reasonable maybe because it had just changed hands and they were trying to fill, but it was still affordable. Felt like I was driving up to a country club and the staff just were all…

PositiveMy husband has moved into HarborChase of Palm Coast. It's the only facility that would take him, and it's the most expensive one on Palm Coast. His living space is very nice. The facilities are very clean. The staff is very attentive. They have a lot of activities. I think it's a nice facility. They have a theater and a common room with a piano. They have arts and crafts. They have different things. It's the top of the line.

CriticalWe chose Harbor Chase based on our limited knowledge of facilities despite doing extensive research. We were moving my father to a facility for the first time. He has Parkinson’s and his dementia had worsened quickly. We had many concerns and each one was addressed by [name removed], the sales agent. This was within 3 miles of his home making visiting easy. It was a small facility so we figured he would get more care. They also touted an ECC license. We were pressured into signing before the end of the year to guar…
