They put in the wrong account no. For my bank to withdrawal my rent then charged me a late fee of [Amount Removed]. They put the wrong no. In 4 times and then threaten to evict me if I didn't pay the last month's rent in 7 days. I had talked with the business office and the man in charged had said he would let me know if there was a problem but all I got was the eviction notice. Also there is a new kitchen manager and most of the help have left (she claims she didn't fire any of them). The food has gone done hill a…

Very happy with the overall appearance of Harmony. Very upscale with furnishings and always clean. My father receives very good care for the most part. Harmony is experiencing staffing issues with dining hall staff and aides. They are currently interviewing applicants for all positions. It is taking some time as expected but staff that is available are helping out in whatever area necessary. If my parents have any issues, I feel very comfortable and confident I can speak with person in charge and they help to resol…

CriticalNew, modern and yes resembles a hotel vs a senior living facility - but that is where the "good" ends. High staff turnover, terrible food - often undercooked and cold. The Executive Director is rude and doesn't offer any assistance when contacted. The housekeeping is a joke. Fortunately, our loved ones are on the independent side and we don't need to deal with nursing issues but we often hear family members complaining about lack of care when walking through the halls. My wife is in Harmony at Hershey. It's very, very nice, it is close by, and they take good care of her. She's in memory care. She seems to like it there. The staff is very caring. She's in a very nice room, and it's got a shower and everything in there, so she's very happy.
