I was extremely disappointed with Harmony. It had a very impressive entrance, then once you get to the other side, there was this old, broken down car on the side that looked like a rundown trailer add-on. The staff there consisted of two people, and they were doing the cooking, so it wasn't appealing. They offered three meals and two snacks a day. The rooms were very small. The door was enough to get a wheelchair in and out of, but I didn't see anything private about any room. Also it was quite a distanc…

Harmony looks more where we take people for mental issues. It looks like mostly for people with mental disabilities. There were only two elderly people there with Alzheimer's. It was very disappointing and very depressing. Only three people run the place. They have the person who cooks, one nurse, and somebody else. The person who accommodated me was the nurse. She was trying to do her work, but she was struggling with the medications and with helping me. The house was dirty and dark, and the furniture was old…

The staff greeted us and seemed very warm and friendly - which is the most important thing to the family.The private spaces were all clean, well-kept and conveniently designed.
