★★★★★
PositiveThe place is very cozy but they are undergoing a large renovation project now through June that we were not informed about when we moved our dad in back in October. He has had to relocate rooms which is not easy for an almost 99 year old. It probably would not have impacted our decision to move him there but it would have been good to know that was coming. The staff have been great and supportive. They have many long time employees and really no turnover and we love that about the place.

PositiveEveryone at Harmony Trace has been exceptional to my mother since she moved in a few months ago. The care is amazing and the staff truly care about the residents. It is more costly, but it is well worth the money!

PositiveThe staff were so good with my father during his time there. I can't speak highly enough of how each and everyone of them made his stay there as comfortable as possible. On top of that, they did an excellent job of communicating with me and making me Feel comfortable that my father was in the right place and with good people who put his needs a top priority.
★★★★★
CriticalMy mom is no longer at that facility. She was being over-medicated and the management would not wait to see if her behavior changed or for a diagnosis from neurologist. Some of the nurses are very caring but the management seems to want to move everyone to memory care and have them sedated.
★★★★★
PositiveOur family had an in person tour and it was an excellent tour experience, the tour guides we had were all wonderful
