PositiveMy mom has been at The Hartland Place for almost 3 months now. The first time I walked into the facility to meet with the administrators I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was very impressed at how bright, cheery and clean it was. My meeting and tour with the administrators Kristi, and Lindsay went very well. They have had frequent turnover when it comes to the staffing. With the meals she's picky, but getting use to it. There is always plenty to do, but she doesn't want to participate. I would love it there!! I didn't do a cost comparison with other places, as they wanted to stay in Hartland. I think she (resident) would have positive feelings/comments and would recommend HP. I have taken a few people there to show them the place and it doesn't meet the needs of their loved ones.

They feel they should be taking their pills at the same time as when they were at home and not at the "random" times distributed now. The pill passers can be short sometimes (3 rating).
