It's pretty inside, The single rooms feel spacious, the food selection seems good. IMPROVEMET NEEDED: Weekend activities are needed. the weekends look pretty boring around there. More variety in activities such as easy cooking classes. Even if it's as simple as frosting cupcakes or decorating cookies. Volunteer opportunities for people in lower levels of assisted living. CriticalWell-Designed Facility With Room for Improvement
I've heard residents complain that cleaning wasn't getting done in the rooms as it should and noticed that myself. Communication between staff needs improvement. The caregivers are sluggish and seem to put in little effort at times and don't acknowledge the visitors to make them feel welcome. The room sizes are nice and the facility is up to date with the style. The food was good when my loved one first moved in but seems to have declined a bit. For the price these folks pay, everything should be top notch!
