My loved one has already moved out of Harvester Residential Care because we were so upset with the care that he received there. He gave them 100% of his social security income to stay there each month and while the staff initially seemed very friendly and helpful, he was not taken care of. The meals are barely enough to sustain someone, he requested mental health support and physical therapy (which they are supposed to provide) multiple times and never saw anyone. Wonderful caring people, my spouse is thriving there and has become much more independent. Price for what you receive is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I would tell a friend that their loved one should be completely independent to live there with minimal help offered. I really can't think of anything they're doing well to be honest - I have had numerous issues with the cable/internet system there and they ignore the problem, the services for showers and laundry are VERY minimal to the point that I don't think they are earning what mother is paying them - I have had to take ALL the trash out of mothers room since she moved in back in [date removed], they make no o…

The facility has a nice common area and a very nice outdoor space. All of the staff was very friendly and super helpful when we needed something. The facility has a lot of staff on hand and it was never hard to find someone to help.

Hidden value

This is small intimate community in a neighborhood. Residents are happy, they have a lot of long term staff, and are very affordable.

I toured with a manager but the owner showed up and took over. He knew everyone’s names and the residents seemed really happy. I signed up for a room In the new addition.
